Steak Ribeye Sous Vide

Ingredients
Serves 2
- 1 lb Ribeye Steak
- 1/2 tsp salt (I prefer Maldon Sea Salt)
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp green onions
Simple, straight forward, and produces one for the best ribeyes you can eat.

Method

Pre heat Sous Vibe 135 F

Put an even distribution of (1/2 tsp) salt and (1/2 tsp) pepper on the front and back.

Place steak into the Sous Vibe for 6 hours.

Pour (1 tbsp) olive oil into a skillet. Cook steak on each side for 30 - 45 seconds. Put a golden brown exterior.

Garnish with (1/2 tsp) green onions.
