Spicy Citrus Grilled Shrimp

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1 half lime
- 1 lemon
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 2 lbs large shrimp (deveined)
- 1 avocado
<p>Use mortar and pestle to smash and grind two peeled garlic cloves with one teaspoon of coarse salt. After grinding this to a paste, add and mix: fresh squeezed juice from one half lime and one lemon, two teaspoons cayenne pepper, one teaspoon paprika. Add to a large bowl and thoroughly mix in two pounds of large deveined shrimp. Grill shrimp 3-5 minutes. Serve with sliced avocado. </p> <p> </p>
