Serves 4

  • 2 lbs raw chicken breast
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1tbsp sugar

Method

    Step 1

    Fill a bowl of water, add 1 tsp salt and sugar into the bowl. Place the chicken in the brine for up to 24 hours (2 hour min)

    Wash the brine off the chicken. Generously salt and pepper chicken. Set Sous Vide to 149F (65 C)

    Step 3

    Cook for 2-3 hours @ 149F
