Pork Dry Rub
The best combination for a pork dry rub. I have tested a lot and this is the one I consistently make.

Ingredients
- 1 cup brown sugar🔗 C&H Dark Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup kosher salt🔗 Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt (3 lb)
- 4 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp coarse black pepper🔗 Lane's BBQ Salt + Pepper (SPG-style coarse rub)
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 1/2 tbsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper

Put them all in a bowl, mix it together well. Poor into reusable shacker.
