- 2 (28 ounce) cans Showboat beans, drained
- 1 sleave bacon, cooked
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 ½ cups brown sugar🔗 C&H Dark Brown Sugar
- ⅓ bottle Heath Riles BBQ Sauce your choice🔗 Heath Riles Sweet BBQ Sauce
- ¾ cup Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Sauce🔗 Heath Riles Sweet BBQ Sauce
- 2-3 tablespoons Rub your choice but I like a pork blend
- Mustard, to taste
- 5 slices of standard american cheese (4 oz)

Pre cook and cut up bacon.

Put all the ingrediants in a giant aluminum container covered. Cook for at least 3 hours or 198 degrees.
