Ingredients: • 2 (28 ounce) cans Showboat beans, drained • 1 sleave bacon, cooked • 1 small onion, chopped • 1 bell pepper, diced • 1 ½ cups brown sugar • ⅓ bottle Heath Riles BBQ Sauce your choice • ¾ cup Heath Riles BBQ Sweet BBQ Sauce • 2-3 tablespoons Rub your choice but I like a pork blend • Mustard, to taste • 5 slices of standard american cheese (4 oz)

3 hour cook @ 250 on the smoker

    Pre cook and cut up bacon.

    Put all the ingrediants in a giant aluminum container covered. Cook for at least 3 hours or 198 degrees.
