Buffalo Shrimp Sous Vide

Ingredients

- 16 oz shrimp
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method

Pre heat Sous Vibe to 130 F (55 C)

Place (1 tsp) paprika, (1 tsp) salt, (1 tsp) pepper, and (16 oz) shrimp into a Sous Vibe vacuum seal bag.

Cook shrimp for 30 min (45 if frozen).

Place (1 tbsp) vegetable oil into a skillet. In a separate bowl put shrimp and (1/4 cup) Frank's Red Hot Sauce. Toss the cooked shrimp in the sauce. Make sure they're fully coated. Take the shrimp from the bowl and put them into the skillet.

Cook stirring and flipping regularly for 2 minutes. Serve
