Air Fryer Crispy Brussels Sprouts
I pretty much only like Brussel sprouts made two ways. Both close to one another. This one is the faster of the two. Leveraging the air fryer you can get quick and tasty Brussel sprouts.

Ingredients
Serves 4
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsp butter (melted)
- 1 tbsp fresh basil (diced)
Method

Cut all the Brussel sprouts in half. Toss all of them into a bowl. Put in 2 tsp garlic powder, 2 tsp salt, 1 tsp white pepper and then toss the Brussel sprouts until fully covered. Turn on the air fryer to 350 F for 15 min. @ 8 min open the fryer and toss the Brussel sprouts.

In a small bowl combine 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp red wine vinegar, 1 tbsp butter (melted), 1 tbsp fresh basil (diced). Put the cooked sprouts into a bowl. Pour the combined mixture over the sprouts. Toss again. Serve
